As per the insights shared by Juliet Boghossian, an expert in behavioral food analysis and the creator of Food-ology: “Food-related habits can, in fact, reveal facets of an individual’s personality and behavior tendencies. What you want to observe is your ‘consistent’ or ‘typical food-related [habits.]”

Slow eaters exhibit confidence, composure, and gratitude; they often have lower energy levels and may experience occasional sadness. In contrast, fast eaters are characterized by their ambition, goal-driven nature, and boldness. However, they can also be impatient and prone to irritability.

Then there are the adventurous eaters, constantly seeking new culinary experiences. According to Boghassian, these individuals are risk-takers and adrenaline enthusiasts, but they may also come across as pushy and meddling. Picky eaters display a penchant for detail and a craving for sensory experiences, but they are more likely to experience anxiety and neurotic tendencies.

Lastly, the “isolationist” eater, who consumes one item at a time, shares the detail-oriented trait. They are known for their careful nature and occasional stubbornness. Conversely, narcissists, who typically exhibit lower emotional intelligence, tend to employ controlling language in their emails, frequently peppering their messages with an abundance of “I’s,“Me’s,” and “Mine’s.” While it’s not a definitive revelation, analyzing the content of emails, even from superiors, can offer valuable insights into their underlying motivations and preferences.

Here’s what transpired: Researchers conducted a survey involving 200 men and women, probing into their toilet paper hanging” habits. Specifically, they asked participants whether they inserted the roll with the loose sheet hanging over or under.

Their findings suggest that those who favor the over” position tend to exhibit more dominant personality traits, while those who prefer the under” position lean toward a more submissive disposition. However, it’s worth noting that the researchers may not have factored in the presence of a mischievous cat in the equation.
