Loners are the most loyal and intellectual people you will ever meet. Do you know why that is?
We may start out wanting to have friends and looking forward to the birthday party invites. But as we get older, us loners figured out a thing or two about ourselves that made us who we are today. If you’re a loner, you may get a bad wrap. Just because you aren’t super outgoing and extroverted,it doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you or that you hate being around people, and you certainly don’t need help socializing.
You are who you are- I am who I am. We are who we are.
Did you know there are two types of loners? There is the extroverted loner and the introverted loner.
Extroverted loners are a special breed. They enjoy being around very few people, and prefer to be alone most of the time. These people are the most loyal friends you could ask for. Namely, because they don’t hang out with just anyone- they choose to be around you because they like you.
The introverted loner is interesting as well. Rather than go out and socialize with a few close friends, the introverted loner will prefer to socialize via online forums, social media, gaming consoles etc. They still crave human company, but they just do things a little differently.
It’s important to understand that there is a massive difference between being a loner and being lonely. One is a pleasant choice, and one is a painful realization.
You can be a loner and prefer some silence and solitude to frenzied chaos without feeling bad about that. Embrace your personality and preferences and realize they make you the awesome person you are.
Final thoughts: It doesn’t matter if you consider yourself a person who fits into this category at all times. If you feel like this is something you relate to, at any time, then it applies and you can grow from this useful and helpful knowledge. We are all unique, but we do share a few things that make it easier to relate to certain types of people. Find your tribe.
