It’s easy for women in today’s world to think that chivalry can only be found only in romantic novels or in the movies, but we assure you that is not actually the case. Believe it or not, there are still true gentlemen out there.
Here are 5 things men do that completely melt the hearts of women everywhere:
1. He opens doors for you
Every woman appreciates this seemingly insignificant gesture, even though they might be shocked when it happens. Relax ladies, when a man opens your car door, or the door for you when you enter a building, it means he is being attentive and respectful.
2. He shares his last bit of food
Sure, this might be trivial to you at first, but the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. If he shares his food with you, it’s a big deal- especially the last slice of pizza.
3. He spends time with your family
When a man is truly interested in your silly baby pictures, awkward stories about your brother, or he chooses to spend time with your family instead of going to hang with the guys, you can be sure he’s “the one.” Even the tiniest gestures towards those you love show that your significant other genuinely cares about and values you and those you consider family.
4. He introduces you to basically everyone
That’s right, his friends, his co-workers, his long-lost cousin from Romania- you meet all of them because he is happy to include you in every part of his life. Now if that isn’t something to swoon over, I don’t know what is.
5. He kisses you on the forehead
One of the most romantic, sensual, and incredibly melt-worthy things a man can do is kiss a woman on her forehead. Right in the best spot- where the third eye is located. No wonder it feels so good.
“The best men tell you the truth because they think you can take it; the worst men either try to preserve you in some innocent state with their false protection, or are ‘brutally honest.’ When someone tells, lets you think for yourself, experience your own emotions, he is treating you as a true equal, a friend…And the best men cook for you.” ― Whitney Otto,How to Make an American Quilt
