Each and every one of us has a colour we feel energetically tied to- or connected with. And some of these perfectly reflect our true personality.
While some colours may make us feel at peace, or relaxed, there are others that can send out waves of annoyance, or frustration, simply by being around them. For example, some people can’t stand the colour yellow, and that makes sense on some level. Yellow can trigger a lack of focus and make it harder to complete a task. It can also cause people to become critical and demanding, and even babies cry more in yellow-coloured rooms.
We have all probably heard about the generalities of certain colours; red means passion or anger, blue means calm, etc. But these are very basic concepts that need to be expanded upon.
In fact, knowing what your true personality colour actually is can help you to focus more on the aspects of yourself you wish to improve, and work on the ones that are “less than desirable.”
“Let me, O let me bathe my soul in colours; let me swallow the sunset and drink the rainbow.”
― Kahlil Gibran
