According to China Daily, “Your work has only one mission: Spending 365 days with the pandas and sharing in their joys and sorrows. You need perseverance for this job.”
Interested? Well, that’s what the Giant Panda Protection and Research Center in China are looking for—a caregiver to look after panda cubs! Requirements for the job include the following: applicants for the position should also be at least 22-years-old and have some decent knowledge about pandas. Good writing and photography skills will also be a plus.
You might be wondering about the benefits of the said job, well, here it is: benefits of the job include the use of an SUV, free meals and accommodation. The position also comes with an impressive US$32,000 annual salary. Amazing, isn’t it? Panda lovers out there are surely in awe of this. Eighty percent of the base’s staff are mostly volunteers from Japan, Europe and the United States.
